For the most part, I stick to Facebook. It takes up enough of my time; but I get to laugh, connect with old friends as we travel the country and check out the news, researching most for validity. I do use LinkedIn for my business and I have some other accounts hanging out there in the cloud, (i.e., Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), but I rarely post there.

The other day I decided to log in to my Twitter account and follow President-elect Trump. The news buzzes with Trump Tweets. It had been so long that I got an e-mail that someone had logged into my Twitter account. The only other person I’ve ever follow was my all-time favorite preacher, TD Jakes, wrongly believing that Twitter was mostly a place people shared nuggets of wisdom. I did get a few nuggets, but I also got updates on the family barbecue, etc.; so I stopped following anyone on Twitter.

Any way, I keep hearing so much about “The Donald” being a Twitter junkie, that I wanted to see for myself what all the fuss is about. I wanted to read some Trump Tweets.

It is true, he’s a “Tweeter” for sure. I received quite a few Tweet notifications over the passed few days, but the comments were what really caught my attention. So many are vicious, personal attacks. The remarks convinced me that Mr. Trump is only doing this because he is so convicted to intervene in the swamp. Otherwise, no one would do anything to invite such ridicule.

This is what I DO NOT understand. People are calling him a Socialist, yet these same squawkers voted for Bernie Sanders, the openly Socialist candidate! Other commenters called him a liar. Yet they voted for, and continue to support, Clinton! Nuff said. Many more called him a racist, yet the liberals in California have hired Eric Holder!

Really? Are you kidding me? Are you so narrow minded, with such a double standard, that your candidates blatantly exhibit these character defects you abhor and attack, unfounded as I see them, yet it was acceptable because the others agreed with your agenda?

This concept boggles my mind. I voted for Donald Trump. It was imperative to me to cast my vote “against” the liberal machine. While the left sat stunned on election night, I laid down with a peace I hadn’t had in more than eight years.

To all those Clinton, Sanders, Democrat and scumbag, sold-out Republican supporters: you’ll see. I said that eight years ago and, although many refuse to see the divided mess that Obama and the Dems have created, it is a mess; a swamp. America already is great again. As I pray for the wisdom and integrity of our new leaders, I have added a prayer for strong shoulders to withstand the backlash of whiners whose Socialist, lying candidates lost and those who have hired racist legal representatives to attempt to protect their agenda. In essence, they didn’t get their own way.

BTW, I thank God for that fact every, single day.
